What are the requirements to work with JF Marketing?
Larger, established Pest Companies with enough budget to pay 63% of ACV up front on 500+ accounts per 2 week pay period. Having a good review (4.6 or higher) on your Google My Business profile will also be required as this helps maximize our ad budget. And finally companies who have 8 offices or more in large markets (examples - Atlanta, GA, Dallas, TX, Orlando, FL)
If I'm running ads with another agency will this still work for me?
Yes. The majority of our clients are running ads in house when we initially launch and we run them in tandem with their current campaigns to start. What we have found though is since we have such a low fixed cost for our clients to acquire Pest customers (85%) it doesn't make sense for them to keep paying their old marketing firm 100%+ in acquisition fees.
What is your top end sales capabilities?
Our agency has personal relationships with ad platforms such as Google, Facebook, Angi List, Bing, etc. We have no daily ad spend cap with these companies since we've run ads with them for over 8 years and have spent millions of dollars with them on a monthly basis. Additionally we have a large and very experienced sales team so our scale capabilities are extensive. In larger cities where our clients have good reviews it's not uncommon for us to acquire 50+ Pest customers per day. As an example we are trending to acquire over 12,000+ new Pest customers for Anthem Pest control in 3 locations in the next 12 months.
How soon will it take for us to go live with your sales & ad campaigns?
Typical startup time is 1 month to be sales ready. We will work with your team to understand your pricing structure, onboarding system, company goals, ACV goals, services you offer etc.
